Sync local and cloud cookies

Sync a local login, then use it in an API V4 run.

Run the profile sync helper:

Choose the accounts to sync, then use the returned profile ID:

The profile supplies cookies and local storage without putting credentials in the prompt. Re-sync when the site’s login expires.
