Patch My Box

Update box flags. Currently only dsp_enabled (dangerously skip permissions).

The flag is persisted in DB and pushed to the box-agent over WS so the next shell launch picks it up. Existing terminal sessions keep their original setting until the user closes and reopens.

User-visible spec sheet for one size tier. Returned alongside BoxView so the UI can render the tooltip ("2 vCPU · 4 GB · 20 GB") without a second round trip + so the picker on /bux can show all three rows without us hardcoding prices in the frontend.
